No labor charges for response. One hour minimum for direct services.
Workmanship Guaranteed for one year.
Services are offered to customers who agree to terms outlined by 24 Hour Emergency Response Dispatch, a Giroux Membership Program. The Work contract is authorized upon Deposit Payments to terms outlined including Material and Total Cost Estimate.
The Membership Program: Work Charges & Custom Services
The Initial Project Managment Fee to prepare written contract documents
is deducted from Project Management Fee on Subcontractor Labor upon
Customer Agreement to Total Project Cost, Terms and Deposit Payment.
General Labor - Direct Services cost $40.00 per hour to perform Customer Requests.
Cleaning, Small Repairs, Painting and Direct Services.
Project Manager / Field Coordinator cost $65.00 per hour in addition to Subcontract Labor. The work to prepare written estimate on work contracts under $5,000 incur minimum 1 hour direct charge, not to exceed 4 hours.
Project Manager / Field Coordinator cost $65.00 per hour. The work to prepare written estimate on work contracts under $10,000 incur 4 - 8 hours direct charge.
Project Manager Services / Coordinator Fees, Direct Services and Supervision of General Labor do not incur 20% Management Fee.
Subcontractors are approved vendors specialized to perform premium property services 24 hours day. The posted rate at cost includes dispatch support services, the subcontractor labor, travel expenses and account billing services.
Failure to make any scheduled payment may forfeit job completion. The Membership Program: Estimate, Total Cost, Warranty
Additional Project expenses result upon work to found property deficiency necessary to perform to contract scope in compliance with State of Rhode Island Contractor Regulatory requirements including hazardous waste dispoal and One Year Warranty.
Material Estimates projected to be 100% complete in the minimum amount required.
Actual Job Materials, Equipment, Rentals, Necessary Hoist, Project Supplies, Delivery, Disposal, Permits, Specialized Disposable Safety Equipment are not included and are additional charges to reconcile Estimate and Total Project Cost upon Completion.
Subcontractors or Employees found to be performing work for members without employer authorization or program payments will be removed from vendor program and in forfeit of Customer Membership including One Year Warranty.
The Membership Program: Limited Liability
Credit card customers must provide authorization for entire contract amount.
Revolving Purchase Order Account available by Customer Credit Card on file.
Customers who are tenants of another party agree to services and terms as their own.
Emergency Response Dispatch is not responsible for owner or tenant property damage
or loss of use to property for the event occurance.
Emergency Response Dispatch is not responsible for property damage due to response time, legal expenses due to dispute of terms, delays in approvals by Customer or delays by Customer in Agreement to Total Project Cost and Terms.
Quoted projects not approved within 24 hours defer urgent status to routine service schedule. Estimate will be honored until membership renewal date.
Emergency Response Dispatch, Project Manager, Field Coordinator, Subcontractors or any Employee has no services obligation to project beyond initial Free Response.
Owner must provide keys to response property for key service to be active.
